Great service. Our salesman Andrew went out of his way to make the payment we wanted. Toyota Team really put it all together for us.
All I can say is, Payton Powell in the service department is awesome. I was leery of going to the dealership for a fairly expensive repair, yet the did it for almost $1000 less than the quote I got from an independent shop. Payton and the service department completely exceeded my expectations, and they've earned a customer for life...or at least the life of my old rig. Thank you Kendall Toyota and Payton -- you guys rock.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership. Timothy Anglin sold me the perfect vehicle. He was professional and patient - I came into the dealership unsure of which model to buy from Prius to Tacoma! Timothy listened to my needs and suggested a 2016 Hybrid Rav4 that had just been brought onto the lot. Almost a year later, I am so happy we went with this vehicle. The service department has been great to deal with as well.

Overall, and despite an issue with the tags, iw as a very satisfying experience. I never personally met the staff, saw the car, or even shook a hand. Yet, the vehicle arrived at the agreed upon price and is in even better condition than I expected. Because I purchased the car in Oregon, from Nevada, there were a lot of paper-work hurdles to overcome, but the dealership helped me greatly in getting this done, and I received the car a day earlier than projected. In 2017, I purchased a used truck from Kendall Toyota of Bend and wanted to relate my experience. My wife and I were so used to having to fight with salesmen to get things right when purchasing a vehicle, I am sure we made life tougher for the salesman that assisted us. When specifics weren’t met as we had in our mind, we expected fights and came ready to fight only to be surprised by our salesman to respond with “ok, we will make that happen, no problem.” In the end, we drove off the lot with a great truck ...
