Here is a tip that has made things so much smoother and may also help you. Get yourself a designated Service advisor. And Trust them.1: If you call the generic Toyota service department. You will be placed into a system where the appointments may not be to your liking. Or you may receive the wrong information. This is widely due to the ease of access computer database they have. Which works perfectly well if your vehicle is not in dire needs of service. But if you need service at a time that best suits you. You want the direct line to YOUR advisor.2. Most complaints are, “I called and was not contacted back”. If you call your service advisor directly. And they still don’t answer. Leave a message. This makes it easier for them. And they Will call you back. Even if it’s past closing hours of the department. And that shows you exactly how much they care and how busy they really are.This review may still be a 4 star but I have been a customer for over a year. Had a bad experience once that has since been handled. And because of the outstanding customer service I do receive from my service advisors, who go the extra mile to help their customers. Help being the keyword. The service department deserves more.

Went to Parts department and able to get pricing for parts on a 97 land cruiser. Good help and they had a bean bag toss my kids could play.
