October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Join us in the Cause by Supporting American Cancer Society’s MEN WEAR PINK Fundraiser!
For the entire month of October, Kendall Central Oregon is putting the POWER IN PINK by spreading awareness and fundraising for the fight against breast cancer. Kendall is partnering with American Cancer Society with their Men Wear Pink campaign, which includes 12 representatives in the Central Oregon Area. Ambassadors from across the nation step up and use the power of wearing pink to raise funds to end breast cancer as we know it. From patient support to research, these funds make a huge difference in the community.
Josh Brown, sales manager at Kendall Auto Central Oregon, has stepped up to be our 2025 Men Wear Pink Representative for the fourth year in a row. Josh is determined to make a tangible difference in the fight against breast cancer right here in our community and has ambitious goals of raising over $5000 to support the resources and initiatives led by American Cancer Society. Josh was inspired to join this campaign after his mother fought her own battle with cancer. Ever since, Josh has wanted to help support the community in its fight to end breast cancer. In September, Josh hosted a small golf tournament at River’s Edge Golf Course titled, “Fore the Cure,” to kick off his fundraising. Local American Cancer Society representative, Aubrie, joined the group before they hit the course to share more about Men Wear Pink and the amazing ways the campaign supports their mission.
